A Physics graduate with 16+ years of experience as a Strategic HR generalist and HRBP professional, brings a versatile background in IT, education, banking, healthcare, and media. Passionate about fostering positive workplace cultures, she found her life’s purpose through a challenging personal journey of self-acceptance and courage. Transitioning from being trapped in the wrong body to embracing her true identity, Rekha now champions acceptance and empowerment. Proudly transgender, she, along with her four daughters, has initiated Sevaki, embodying her commitment to positive change and inclusivity.
